18) Raj - Bhasha Implementation:

Doctors, HIs, Pharmacists, & Staff Nurses are having Hindi Knowledge. OP Registers,
Sick list Registers, Drugs Registers etc. are being written in Hindi. Correspondence with head
office is being done bilingual.

19) ACHIEVEMENT:

1. Provision of 108 Ambulance 24x7 at BSX, NZB & KMC station
2. HMIS Registration of Doctors module implemented
3. Computerized X-Ray machine proposal initiated for HU / KCG@ Rs.57,00,000/-
4. All Five Health Units of the Division are recognized as Covid Vaccination Centers being
managed by in-house staff.

20) Covid -19 Activities:

Covid cases: Mild cases are being managed in Health units

Covid Care Center As per the instructions of the GM/SCR it is proposed to start 80 bedded at
rd
RPF Barrack/Moula-Ali as preparation for 3 wave.

1. Permission to start Corona Care Center has been obtained from state Government.
2. Oxygen sources: Central pipe line, D type oxygen cylinders, refilling contract, oxygen
concentrators are in place.
3. Medicines, consumable & Surgical, Medical equipments and General items 75%
procured.
4. Medical and paramedical staff engagement for Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Health
inspectors, Lab Asst.& Hospital Attendants was completed, and will be recruited once
the center opens.
5. All other supporting services contracts in place.
