Athletic Director/Head Football Coach – Daphne High School – Daphne High School, Daphne, Alabama
¨ Supervises 16 athletic sports programs (football, ladies flag football, volleyball, cross country, bowling, wrestling, basketball, indoor and outdoor track & field, swim & dive, tennis, golf, esports, cheer, soccer, baseball, and softball).
¨ Established and maintained the performance and visibility of the Daphne High Athletic Program through rebranding and targeted marketing.
o Created a new Daphne High School logo (as well as new logos for each sport incorporating the new main logo).
o Secured and coordinated billboards, enhanced graphics, and social media videos. Also, in-house corporate commercials for sponsors, corporate media guides, athletic schedule mailers, quarterly newsletters, anonymous community surveys and annual athletic reports.
¨ Schedules all athletic and intramural events including arranging facilities for games and practices, organizing officials, and submitting finalized schedules to coaches, parents, athletes, school staff, and school district.
¨ Arranges transportation to and from events through third party companies.
