                      7. Proper Adjectives


                                 A  proper  adjective  is  the  type  of Adjective


                          that  relates  to  the  proper  Noun. When  a  proper



                          noun  describes  a  noun  or  a  pronoun,  then  the


                          Adjective is called a proper adjective. Adjectives


                          made  from  proper  nouns  are  proper  adjectives



                          and  must  be  capitalized.  Proper  adjectives  also


                          describe people, places and  things,  but they  are


                          based on names and need to be capitalized, like



                          the names.

                          He eats Russian caviar.  He lives in Russia.



                          Japanese  cars  are  very  I  saw  that  car  going


                          fast.                                     very fast in Japan.
