   Today’s Assignment:
• Print the “What I Ate And Drank Today” page.
• Today just eat normal, but record absolutely everything you eat.
• Log today’s date and the time.
• Log the item and the amount.
• Log your hunger level between 1 and 10 before and after you ate ie: 1/9. 1 means you were almost empty and 9 means you were pretty stuffed.
• Then circle the face that best represents how you were feeling when you ate this meal.
• This is important data that will enable us to identify habits and specific triggers before we get started in your journal.
