 The problem with main stream diets is that they do not effectively address all the triggers surrounding weight gain and weight loss. They do not show you how to recognize and change what triggers your response to food. They fail to teach you how to take away the cravings by removing addictive foods from your diet. They do not address the emotional stimulus and beliefs that sabotage you.
This book will teach you how to change what stimulates your responses to eating. It will teach you how to create new habits that support you in your endeavors at weight-loss, and get rid of habits that have been working in opposition to your efforts to achieve your ideal weight.
Along the way I will share with you the struggles of real life examples and how they were able to identify the road blocks that were interfering with their success and overcome them. Modeling success is key.
I will give you wonderfully effective strategies through the exercises you will complete in your work book module. Each exercise will build on your confidence in yourself and your ability
