Overview:

● 6 years experience in the manufacture and installation
of architectural curtain walling, doors and windows.
● Mainly educational and commercial installations.

Vincent was the Group Health and Safety Manager covering
two companies, Trent Valley Architectural Glazing (TVAG)
and 3D Aluminium Architectural Glazing. Returning to TVAG
in a consultancy position on a 1 year contract position with the
company under new ownership in 2018.

● Obtained ISO 9001: 2008 & ISO 9001:2015.
● Obtained CHAS, Achilles and Constructionline
accreditation.
● Achieved RoSPA Health and Safety Silver award.
● Won G12 Glazing Industry “Safety Initiative” award.

& on-site through a programme of training, coaching
& monitoring.
● Significantly reduced accidents, incidents and near
misses.
● Improved the selection, compliance and management
of contractors.
● Improved design management by developing systems
and training designers on requirements of CDM.
