Personal Profile

Vincent is a dedicated, enthusiastic, Health and Safety professional who is
passionate about Health and Safety and the benefit it brings to the company,
their clients, employees and contractors.

He has over 10 years construction management experience and 22 years
managing safety in manufacturing, construction, residential development and
banking.

He has an excellent understanding of the Construction (Design Management)
Regulations 2015 and the Safety, Health and Welfare Construction
Regulations 2013.

He possesses a number of key and transferable skills including, but not limited
to:
● Experience of working strategically at board level to develop procedures
and systems to meet the companies business objectives.

● Developing Health and Safety training programmes.
Having several years construction management experience enables him to
recognise potential problems and visualise solutions. He likes to be involved
with pre-construction design management to minimise problems during the
construction stage.

Vincent is experienced in the development of databases, the manipulation of
data and content management which allows users to rapidly recover
information.

He has helped companies achieve OSHAS 18001, ISO 9001:2005 as well as
accreditations including CHAS, Construction Line and Achilles which
contributed to companies winning more lucrative contracts due the standards
achieved and the management systems he developed being robust.
