Holy Communion
Only Catholics are allowed to receive the sacrament of Holy
Eucharist. The Eucharist is one, but the most important of the
seven sacraments celebrated at each Mass, the bread and wine is
consecrated, and is transformed to become the body and blood of
the Jesus Christ. As the dissolves on our tongue and drink from the
chalice, we are nourished by Jesus himself.
When we grow spiritually and in love for God we also necessarily
grow in love for our fellow man. If we have the right disposition,
receiving the Eucharist we become more spiritually aligned with
what Our Lord wants from us.
