Fire & Emergency Arrangements

• Familiarise yourself with the fire escape arrangements

and fire escape signage;

• All escape routes are clearly signed as shown above;

• Follow the instructions as detailed on the Fire Action Plan;

• On discovery of a fire press the break glass unit where
provided, ring the fire alarm or shout Fire, Fire to warn
everyone;

• If it is safe to do so and you are suitably trained, try
putting out the fire using the correct fire extinguisher;

• Always keep a safe exit route. DO NOT TRAP
YOURSELF IN;

• Leave by the NEAREST FIRE EXIT indicated by directional
signage as shown above. DO NOT WAIT TO COLLECT

YOUR BELONGINGS;

• Wait at the Fire Assembly Point, answer your name

at the roll call;

• Only return to work if instructed to do so by management;

• The Fire Alarm is tested every Friday at 10:00 am.
