PERMIT-TO-WORK SYSTEMS
You may require a Permit to Work?
Examples of Permits to Work on site:-
✓ Hot Works
✓ High Risk Areas
✓ Confined Space
✓ Lifting Operations
✓ Use of Stepladders
✓ Break Ground/Dig
✓ Work on Electrical Systems
✓ Access Permits from other contractors.
Permits are issued by the ISG manager
ONLY.
Always ensure you have a signed and dated
work permit with you and remember to close
it out with the ISG manager at the end of the
working day or Task.
IImplement control measures detailed on the
permit. Display the permit at place of work.
