The project consists of the construction and alteration of a 8 story Hospital of
UNIVERSITY approximately 246,811 SF located on the 1st floor of the University Medical
Center of El Paso E.R. Department. The project involed 820 SF of remodel to
MEDICAL CENTER convert a two conference rooms into a three bed fast track exam area and
relocation of a Clean utilitily room. The project was completed in 2019.
