Ashley Burt joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Denver Branch Board of Directors

in 2015 (I know you have a good Relationship with Ester George, if we need some assistance
maybe she could help). He is the president of The Gunnison Bank and Trust Company, a
commercial bank located high in the central Rocky Mountains of Colorado, with a loan

production office located in Denver.

He is a graduate of Western State Colorado University, with a BA in Business
Administration. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking at

the University of Washington. Prior to his 21 years in banking, he was the Controller for a multi-
state pizza franchise.

Mr. Burt has served in a variety of leadership roles and various areas of financial management
for smaller firms prior to his banking career. In addition to banking, he currently assists in the

management of Orsch, originally a private K-12 lab school now turned educational consulting
firm, with his wife Jackie Burt.

Mr. Burt has been fortunate to be involved with a wide variety of organizations including the

Australian National Ski Team as a mogul skier, The Community Foundation of the Gunnison
Valley as a director, Colorado’s CollegeInvest 529 Board as chairman – managing over $4 billion
