                   •  Split government which is very beneficial to banking in Colorado, with
                       GOP control of the CO Senate
                          o  CBA long has been a proponent of balanced government (split
                              between the parties), which produces more balanced public

                              policies and pushes both parties toward reasonable proposals in
                              the middle.
                   •  Numerous high-impact ballot issues impacted banks, and CBA’s position
                       prevailed on 4 out of 5
                          o  CBA was an early organizer of Building a Better Colorado, which

                              spawned Raise the Bar, 71; and Let Colorado Vote, 107 & 108.
                              CBA was a key player in these initiatives.
