Location: Meet at Post Falls City Hall,
408 N. Spokane Street, Post Falls
If you’re looking for something fun to do with girlfriends or want to
spend some quality time with your own mom, we have a special day
planned for you! Sit back and enjoy, as we do the driving. We will enjoy
a delicious lunch at a local restaurant and then make our way to some
amazing local wineries. Register now so you don’t miss this fun ladies
day out. Very limited registration.

POST FALLS SPRINT TRIATHLON & DUATHLON
Ages: 14 & up
Date: Sunday, August 3
Race Time: 7:00am
Location: Q’emiln Park, 12201 W. Parkway Drive, Post Falls
Join us for our Post Falls Sprint Triathlon at Q’emiln Park. The race
consists of a .3-mile swim, 12-mile bike ride and 3-mile run. Chip timing
provided, snacks and an award ceremony will follow the race. For

Fees: Event choice Individual $85 • Team $165

OPEN EVENTS
• January 8th, 6:00pm, Trailhead Event Center. Leave No Trace.
• February 12th, 6:00pm, Trailhead Event Center. Presentation
on the history of Recreation in the Community Forest.
• March 8th, 9:00-12:00pm. Clean up litter with the Friends of
Post Falls Community Forest.
• April 12th, 9:00-3:00pm, Full Day Tree Planting.
