WHAT WE DO
The Planning Division helps guide how
Post Falls grows, ensuring
development is orderly, sustainable,
and in line with community goals.
Here’s what we do:
Review projects – Evaluate new
subdivisions, commercial
developments, and other land use
proposals for compliance with
zoning regulations and the
Comprehensive Plan.
Support decision-making – Prepare
reports for the Planning & Zoning
Commission, City Council, and the
public.
