Dedication
I’d like to dedicate this book to all the dogs that need someone to
love them regardless of their special needs and to those very special
families that step up to provide all the love and everything else
these guys need.
Like people, sometimes dogs have some issues or problems that make
looking after them a little more challenging aned sometimes worrying.
They are no less deserving of love, loyalty and understanding –
perhaps they need it even more!
Maisie has always been a big scaredy cat. She was not loved and
cared for in her first family and now she has some issues when
people she doesn’t know visit her home. She loves her family though,
enjoys a big cuddle, and loves mud puddles and milo. She has taught
us a lot, and we have learnt to be better dog parents as a result.
If you’re looking for a new family member, don’t overlook the ones
who need some special consideration – they’ll repay you in ways you
don’t anticipate and their love is made all the more special because
of their uniqueness.
