"We all enjoyed a good
            feed and shared some

            stories about funny
            things that had

            happened to us growing
up. We had a good laugh

            together and all felt
            the first bonds of
            friendship beginning to

            form.

            After we’d finished
            eating, my two new pals

            decided they might
            need to retire for a

good lie-down - they were that full! That, of course left us to continue on our
merry way unhampered after lunch, and I reflected, not for the first time,
that friendliness and kindness seemed to achieve a great deal more than

            retaliation and retribution."

feeling quite sleepy and each drifted off to their own doggy dreams and

whiled away the afternoon, until Rosie
heard the return of the Dogparents and

alerted all the others with some excited
yapping. Everyone tripped over each other
in their haste to be the first out of the

dog-door to say hello to the Dogparents.

After dinner, a pleasant evening interlude
was enjoyed by all down the back - before

coming in and sharing snuggles, cuddles,
