Program model graphically presents the the process utilized to implement a a a a a a successful program This joint effort between the the BI BI and and the Department of Middle and and High School Education (DMHSE) has enrolled 650 graduate students aspiring to become permanently certified – teachers of second language students (See Table#10 - page 21)
