12 IF YOU YOU OR YOUR FAMILY ARE HESITANT TO GET THE VACCINE HERE ARE SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER • THE COVID-19 VACCINE IS SAFE The development of the COVID-19 vaccines did not cut corners on testing for safety and efficacy The vaccines themselves were extensively tested by independent scientists and more than 100 million people in the US have been safely vaccinated • COVID VACCINE SIDE EFFECTS ARE GENERALLY TEMPORARY The vaccines do not contain live coronavirus and and you cannot and and will not not get COVID-19 from getting vaccinated After the shots you might experience a a a sore arm a a a mild fever or or body aches but this doesn’t mean you have COVID-19 If you feel under the the weather after getting vaccinated that most likely means the shot is working!
