DESCRIPTION
A program established by the Foundation that recognizes donors who leave future gifts (planned or deferred gifts such as a will, life insurance policy, gift annuity, or trust) to the hospital
Forensic interviews and medical exams for victims of abuse
Services are provided hospital-wide for patients with opioid and substance abuse issues who receive MAT for medication management, post discharge care planning, education and a hand-off
to drug treatment centers
To form a local elder abuse prevention enhanced multidisciplinary team
Trained healthcare professionals on creating dementia capable healthcare systems
Assisted in funding an Erbecryo 2 System to treat respiratory illnesses
Specialty services provided for physician panel costs for Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and nurse staffing
Community outreach program to create awareness for victims of violence
End-of-year mail campaign to support the hospital’s greatest needs
The My Stuff Bags Foundation, a national non-profit organization, donated 220 packed duffle bags for children at our Center for Assault Treatment Services. The duffel bags, valued at over
$75 each, were filled with toys, books, stuffed animals, school supplies, and a warm, often handmade “security” blanket.
The My Stuff Bags Foundation provides new belongings, comfort and hope to thousands of children rescued each
year from abuse, neglect and abandonment across the U.S.
