• Stored at room temperature in homes, clinics, or
                       even vending machines.
                   • Mailed directly without cold packs, freight
                       charges, or delays.
                   • Distributed through food pharmacies, co-ops, or
                       community gardens.

In this model, the traditional pharmacy may no longer be
the essential middleman. It becomes optional—not
irrelevant, but no longer the bottleneck.

From Dispenser to Curator: The Pharmacist’s
               New Role

Still, pharmacists are not dispensable. Far from it. Their
               expertise—drug interactions, formulation science, patient
counseling—becomes even more valuable in a world of
               biologic abundance.

The role shifts from transaction to transformation.

               1. Therapeutic Curation

Pharmacists become navigators of a growing therapeutic
               ecosystem. They help patients:

                   • Choose biologics based on microbiome profiles or
                       genetic markers.
                   • Combine herbal and plant-based interventions
                       with traditional regimens.
                   • Understand tolerogenic strategies, dosing
                       protocols, and immune feedback loops.
