UNDY AFC 100 CLUB
Undy AFC are pleased to offer you the opportunity to join their weekly 100 club prize draw. At present we are calling it the ‘100 Club’ as this is the number of entrants required to make this a viable venture. It is hoped that interest in taking part will be high and this will give us the opportunity to raise the both the entrants’ numbers and the prize monies allocated to weekly winners.
The following rules are mandatory for all those that wish to enter;
>> A live draw will take place each Saturday evening at 6pm. Three numbers will be selected using a random number generator and winners will be notified by text message and their prize money transferred to them electronically. No prize monies will be issued using cash.
>> The first number drawn will receive a prize of £30. The second number drawn will receive a prize of £15 and the third number drawn will receive a prize of£5.
>> All prize winners MUST have paid their entry fees. In the event of any winning number being in arrears. Another number will be drawn, with the relevant prize money going to an eligible winner.
>> The cost of entering the 100 Club is £5 per month which is paid by bank transfer prior to the start of each month.
>> As the 100 club grows in size, so will the prize monies. This will be on a scale of doubling the stated winnings when the 100 club reaches a size 200 members and then at a rate of £30, £15 and £10 increases per additional 100 entrants joined.
>> All profits gained from the running of this venture will be shared equally between the Senior and Junior Sections of Undy AFC for use towards running costs of all teams.
Please email your completed form to seniorsfixturesecretary@undyafc.com Upon receipt, you will be emailed with your personal draw number that will remain exclusive to you throughout the length of time you subscribe to the draw. Details of how to pay your monthly subscription will be sent at this time also.
