As our longest customer of more than 20 years,
Merchco has had the privilege to have been
involved with and touched nearly every store in
the chain as the store concept evolved. A recent
initiative showcased a store within a store concept.

Merchco developed a workflow for each individual
store, reconfiguring existing fixture layouts and
merchandise adjacencies to accommodate the
square footage needed for the new shop. In
