                      John Beckcom, Founder & President                                                                                           J. Michael Riggan, Director

                      John Beckcom has served as President of Merchco Services Inc. since 1997.                                                   Michael Riggan has over 30 years of experience in specialty retailing, the service

                      management and merchandising for PetCare Inc., Malone & Hyde Inc., Sommers                                                  and market development. His executive experience includes marketing, merchandising,
                      Drugs, and Kmart.  He has over 30 years of management and merchandising                                                     distribution, real estate development, and store operations. He has experience in
                      experience in retail food, drug, and specialty stores that have given him a complete                                        three dif erent retail industries including: Drug Stores, Automotive Aftermarket, and
                      understanding of new store and remodel programs. He attended Sul Ross                                                       Pet Food and Supply for AutoZone, Western Auto Supply Company, PetCare, and
                      University and serves on the Retail Service Providers Committee for World                                                   The Pep Boys. Most recently he was CEO of Merchant’s Tire and Auto Centers.
                      Alliance for Retail Excellence & Standards.                                                                                 He is an alumnus of the University of Texas and Harvard Business School.
                                                                                                                                                  He also serves on the Board of Directors of two companies and several

                      Joseph Cirelli,  Executive Vice President & Director
