Scenario 3:

        Housing Cooperative

This scenario assumes the building is
owned by a housing cooperative, and

managed by a collective of citizens,
both people that live in the building and
        volunteers from the neighborhood. They
work together to maintain the building
and organize a variety of programs that are
beneficial to both the neighborhood and
the inhabitants. This is the only scenario
        which includes housing for undocumented
migrants. In both other scenarios it would
be challenging to work around existing
legislation, which does not allow renting

to people who haven’t obtained the
        necessary legal documents. This scenario
ecompasses the possibility to reserve a
couple of rooms for undocumented people, In Warsaw, Poland, riverside mobile
