A professional swimming program designed for
kids in Mt.Olive!

Who are we?
NJ Sea Dragons is a professional USA Swimming Club with two competitive

teams, two pre-competitive teams, and an elite Learn to Swim program, all of
which have demonstrated remarkable success.

Mt. Olive Recreation has partnered with us to bring you an elite learn to swim
program at fraction of the cost. Our mission is to reduce drowning rates and
provide elite lessons to the community!

DETAILS levels offered

FEE: $100 Water safety 101

DURATION: 1 hour per week for four weeks. Freestyle 101
Backstroke 101
AGES: Open to all elementary school students. Breaststroke 101

your swimmer’s skill level.

How does it work?

Step 1: Enroll through Community Pass - select your assessment date and
complete the NJSD booking form/waiver.

Step 2: Participate in an assessment session, where our coaches will evaluate
your swimmer's skill level.

Step 3: Select a schedule after your assessment and start swimming!
