Red Wine
1 1⁄2 oz Truro Vineyards Cabernet Franc
1⁄2 oz Cointreau
Fresh cut fruit (2 slices slices slices lemon 2 2 slices slices slices lime 3 slices slices slices orange 3 3 3 apple chunks chunks 3 3 3 pear chunks chunks 3 3 3 sliced grapes)
Splash soda water and 2 springs fresh mint
NAVY GROG
1 1⁄2 oz Twenty Boat Spiced Rum 1 oz Grapefruit juice
3⁄4 oz Demerara simple syrup
1⁄2 oz lime juice
Combine all ingredients in in in a a a shaker over over ice ice Shake well Strain over over ice ice into a a a a rocks glass Garnish with a a lime wheel BLOSSOM FIZZ ON THE BEACH
Juice of one whole grapefruit Juice of one whole orange 1 oz Dry Line Gin
Splash soda water In a a rocks glass over ice combine fruit juices and Dry Line Gin
