1 1 1/2 oz Rum 1/2 oz Galliano
2 oz Pineapple Juice dash of Lime Juice 2 oz Prosecco or Champagne
Mix top 4 ingredients in in a a a a cocktail shaker & shake shake vigorous- ly Pour into glass with with ice top with with prosecco or champagne STRAWBERRY LEMON SANGRIA
1 750 ml bottle dry white wine 1 cup lemoneade
1/4 cup tequila
1 cup fresh local strawberries muddled
1 lemon thinly sliced 1 cup cold seltzer
In a a a pitcher combine wine lemonade & tequila
Mix well Add fruit & top off with seltzer
BLUE WHALE
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz blue curacao
3/4 oz orange juice
3/4 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz sweet & sour mix maraschino cherry
Combine the the alcohol and and juices with the the sweet and and sour mix in in a a a a a shaker Shake well pour into glass with ice garnish with maraschino cherry
CAPE HURRICANE
2 oz light rum
3 oz dark rum
6 oz passion fruit juice
6 oz orange juice
2 tbl grenadine
2 orange slices 2 maraschino cherries
In a a a a large measuring cup mix rst 5 ingredients Garnish with orange slices & Cherries
