1 BUILDING RAPPORT AND UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER NEEDS
Before discussing features and pricing, it’s essential to build a connection with potential buyers.
Ask open-ended questions to determine what they’re looking for in a hot tub:
❙ What’s your primary goal for the hot tub, relaxation, therapy, or socializing?
❙ How often do you expect to use your hot tub?
❙ Are energy-saving or low-maintenance features important to you?
By identifying their needs, you can tailor your presentation to highlight how OWOW hot tubs
meet those specific desires.
2 PRODUCT FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Once rapport is established, guide the customer through the features and benefits of OWOW hot tubs.
A systematic approach will help you remember key points and deliver a consistent presentation.
SOLID FOUNDATION
FEATURE: OWOW hot tubs are built on a solid foundation designed to prevent water, insects,
and animals from entering the base.
BENEFIT: Having an OWOW hot tub with our solid base is like buying added insurance. It ensures
your investment stays secure and well-protected, even in harsh outdoor conditions,
giving long-lasting durability and peace of mind.
STAINLESS STEEL FRAME (#304)
FEATURE: The #304 stainless steel frame offers superior load-bearing capacity.
BENEFIT: The strong, rust-resistant frame ensures the hot tub remains structurally sound
for many years, providing reliability that customers can trust. You may pay a little
more upfront, but you get the benefit of quality for the lifetime of the product.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY – TWO LAYER “HEAT-TRAPPER” SYSTEM
FEATURE: OWOW’s Heat-Trapper system helps retain heat within the tub’s shell and plumbing,
reducing energy consumption.
BENEFIT: This feature saves money on energy bills, reduces the operational sound level,
and allows you to enjoy your hot tub all year long without worrying about the cost
or your environmental impact.
HARMONIC DISTORTION (THD) MINIMIZATION
FEATURE: OWOW hot tubs are engineered to minimize Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)
between components like pumps, heaters, and control panels.
BENEFIT: Lower THD means:
❙ Longer Component Lifespan: Reduced electrical strain leads to fewer repairs
and replacements over time.
❙ Improved Energy Efficiency: With less energy wasted on electrical interference,
the hot tub operates more efficiently, lowering operational costs.
❙ Greater Reliability: A smooth-running system ensures fewer malfunctions,
allowing for worry-free enjoyment.
