No flight experience b4 USAFA... the DREAM equipped me well. -_- Kinda ate, lived & breathed
flying since I was 5yrs old. (Still more on that.)

You are enjoying a successful career as a commercial airline pilot. How long have you been in
this career? In your estimation, based on your observations/experiences, have black student
pilots done better in training for the airlines than in the military and if so why do you think
that is?
25yrs at United (22Jun92 hire date). Really no "students," just newly hired & training to do it
the UAL way. Flying usually not the issue; GETN THE JOB IS THE ISSUE!!
