PHOTOCOPYING PROCEDURE
When it is necessary for the teacher to photocopy materials for their class group, the
following procedure is followed:
• Photocopy requests to be submitted by the YL to the AA's approval.
• Photocopy requests have to be submitted a min.imum 48 hours prior to delivery in
lessons. The original will be kept by the AA in a file for the future.

submitting any requests.
• We aim to have creative classrooms where photocopies are used to vary activities and
ensure differentiation. Digital resources should be con.sidered before a paper version is
requested.
• Admin staff in charge of photocopying are directed to ensure the request protocol is
followed and are not in a position to bypass this procedure without approval. Please
respect their remit.
• COLOUR PRINTING - to be sen.t to AA in timely fashion.
• Teachers plan.n.in.g an.d con.sideration. of up an.d coming events is vital to ensure
orders for resources an.d displays are filled in. a timely fashion.
In order to receive supplies/ materials for your teachin.g an.d for the calendar of events,
teache
teachers must fill out a Supply Request Form. This should be don.e with the assistance of
the YL and the YL will submit the form to the Branch Administrator, ideally on a
Wednesday at latest as delivery is usually on the following Sunday.
Central Stores who provide the materials need time to process and transport the order to
the school. Teachers will not be able to receive supplies any other day.
