fter spending the night in the Airport Hotel, Taipei, we made our way to the Airport for Flight (BR 395) which
Aleft @ 06:20 and arrived at Ho Chi Minh @ 07:45. We met our transfer driver at the airport and transferred to
My Tho to embark our Pandaw vessel, just in time for welcome drinks, a briefing and lunch.
O ur riverboat then sailed across the vast Mekong Delta.
y Tho is the hub of the Delta. This is a busy commercial port and currently our ships are wedged between the
MFoster's Brewery and a timber yard - certainly giving an industrial flavour to this economically active area. In
central My Tho there is a fine temple and bustling market area adjacent to the tourist port.
