ur first stop along the way was at
OBinalong Point, on the Bay of Fires,
where we were amazed by the red lichen
covered rocks in the area.

e pushed on towards Anson Bay,
Wtaking an unsealed coastal road,
thinking we would have glimpses of the
ocean along the way , trees, trees and
more trees and no ocean;, only more and
more unsealed road that had been freshly
watered down, red mud all up the sides of
the van. We eventually arrived at Anson
Bay after around 50 minute,s over
unsealed road.

n the move again, we join the West
OTamor Highway on route to Legana,
we had heard it was a long weekend
coming up in Tasmania and advised to
book ahead, we got the last site on freshly
turfed area.
