2014 Road trip to Cairns, including Heritage Tour to Cape York and
Wilderness Challenge Tour of the Gulf Savannah Way

his trip of 36 days, consisted of he Heritage tour was a eight (8) Chillagoe, Georgetown, Karumba,
Tfour (4) segments, the way up Tday tour, visiting, Cooktown, Lawn Hill, Normanton, Cobbold
(Woonona to Cairns); the Cape York Lakefield National Park, Musgrave, Gorge, and Undara before returning
tour with Heritage Tours; the Gulf Coen, Archer River, Weipa, Wenlock to Cairns.
Savannah Way with Wilderness River, Bramwell Station, Fruit Bat
Challenge Tours; and the return trip, Falls, Cape York, Thursday Island ur return trip to Woonona took
Cairns to Woonona. and Horn Island before flying back to Oseven (7) days, we stopped at
Cairns. Airlie Beach, Tannum Beach
he way up took twelve (12) days, (Gladstone), Tweed Heads, Tuncurry
Tstopping at Nambucca Heads, fter over-nighting in Cairns we then home to Woonona.
Bribie Island, Hervey Bay, Yepoon, Aare picked up in the morning
Bowen then Cairns. and are off on our nine (9) day
