We thank the Almighty God for taking us through this academic milestone which we believe
would not have been possible without his grace, power, wisdom, perseverance and strength. If

it wasn’t, His wish the realisation of this project would have remained nothing but a dream.

We are very much grateful and express our sincere gratitude to to our supervisor Dr. Omalu

for her academic guidance, patience, understanding and encouragement and most of all

unwavering professional support. We really treasure all that we have learned from her
throughout our research project.

We also convey our deepest appreciation to the participants of both the pilot and actual study.

Furthermore, we want to thank our parents and close friends for their encouragement and
support during the time we almost gave up on this project, without their encouragement and
