Preface

The Pattaya Kwaeng Court administrated along

with such policies by considering to the service recipient
to be able to access the justice procedure with easiness,
convenience, thoroughness, equality and less expense by

adopting the technology with the administration of case
files in the system of “Electronic Court” or the case

information system CIMS (E-Court Information
Management System) with the case adjudication and all
steps of services. Besides, there are also the system of

the information management in the organization or MIS
(Management Information System) that facilitate the

parties and people in the accession to their own details
according to their rights. This is the service provided to
meet the demand of modern service recipients which

adjust people to be the center of the service.
