The claim computable in terms of money in 2021 are civil cases for
909,706,466,943.67 Baht, consumer cases for 827,751,455,462.07 Baht
and environmental cases for 1,024,505,048.87 Baht.

The cases are classified by the amount in disputes under civil law.
The cases with non-monetary claim are, for instance, a request for

enforcing the defendant to take some action or restrain from doing
certain action for the benefit of the plaintiff without any request or
claim for a sum of money or certain properties. These are cases where

the relief sought is to cease grievances or damage and cannot be
computed in term of money. However, in 2021, most of civil litigations

were consumer cases with the claims amount over 50,000 Baht to
300,000 Baht.
