INGREDIENTS
• 100 g low-fat vanilla yogurt
• 1 banana
• 150 g pineapple
• 30 g fresh baby spinach
• 100-150 ml apple juice
• 1 pouch Kyäni HL5 Peach
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until
smooth. If you use frozen fruit you will probably
need to add more apple juice.
