INGREDIENTS
• 100 g low-fat quark
• 1 frozen banana
• 120 g frozen raspberries
• 2 scoops of Kyäni CORE 140+
• 100-120 ml water
Topping:
• 1/2 thinly sliced banana
• 30 g raspberries (preferably fresh)
• 20 g granola
• a few desiccated coconut, chia seeds and
honey as a topping
PREPARATION
Put everything into a blender and mix it on high
speed. Pour the mixture in a bowl and place the
toppings nicely on top of it.
