     COOLER




















                                                                These slushies are super easy to prepare and
                                                                provide refreshment before and after training.

                                                                INGREDIENTS


                                                                1 pouch Kyäni HL5 Citrus
                                                                10 strawberries plus extra to decorate
                                                                1 lemon (juice)
                                                                75 ml water
                                                                3 handfuls of ice

                                                                PREPARATION


                                                                Put all the ingredients in a mixer and mix until you
                                                                get a slushy (be careful not to mix too long or it will
                                                                become too liquid!). Pour the contents into a glass
