       SOUR























                                                                  This strawberry protein smoothie is full of protein,
                                                                  vitamins and minerals - perfect after a workout or
                                                                  as a  lling breakfast.

                                                                  INGREDIENTS

                                                                  2 kiwi (peeled)               ½ tsp honey
                                                                  240 ml apple juice or water   1 ice cube
                                                                  5 large strawberries          ½ lemon (juice)
                                                                  1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 vanilla

                                                                  PREPARATION

                                                                  Peel  the kiwi  with a knife and put  all the
                                                                  ingredients in the blender. Mix everything well
                                                                  until you have a creamy shake.
