3.  Choose Select Area and draw a


                       broken red line box around the area


                       you want to record.










                   4.  Press Record, you will see a 3, 2,

                       1 countdown.


                       Note: PowerPoint automatically


                       records your cursor and audio. You

                       do not need to press those buttons


                       when recording.


                   5.  To Pause or Stop your recording,


                       move your mouse to the top of the

                       screen to show the Control Dock with


                       your recording options.


                       Note: You can also pin this to the top


                       of your screen by selecting the pin

                       icon in the bottom right.
