CONCEPT :

The starting point of this project was to visit the villa of a friend, which was located in
Kuhsar, and despite the fact that this villa was located in a suitable garden, due to the old
and unprincipled building, it did not have the potential to be productive for parties and
pleasant weekends. .
The father of the family decided to provide a suitable and fun atmosphere for himself and
his family by creating a new building in another part of the garden.
Also, due to their work experience in the field of construction, the principle of architectural
and structural design while protecting the surrounding.environment and garden trees
was important to them and emphasized this important.
Similarly, it was decided to choose a new villa in a barren part of the complex that has
good access to tennis courts, a bird garden, a jogging area, an entrance door, and so on.
