STATEMENT OF INTENT
I, the undersign, hereby, solemnly promise to observe respect,
and be abide by the content of this Collec ve Labor
Agreement (CLA) as well as its corresponding and prevailing
PT. Bank Mizuho Indonesia (BMI)’s rules and regula ons.
Should there be any point in this CLA and other BMI’s rules
and regula ons that I am not clear about, then I shall seek for
further understanding through the Labor Union and/or the
Management or the Human Resources Department of BMI.
