If a child is absent from the service, please note full daily charges will still apply.
The service is open Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, however please note that fees are to be paid as normal on public holidays as the service operates 52 weeks per year.
Before you start your journey with Discover My World, it’s important that you finalise your Child Care Subsidy entitlements through Centrelink.
