OTHER FEES AND
CHARGES
The service is open 6.30am to 6.30pm. Legally, we are unable to accept children in the service outside of the licensed hours.
Should children be present outside of licensed opening hours a late fee of $10 per 5 minutes will apply. There will be no waiver of this late fee.
LATE PAYMENT FEE
Any Account that has outstanding fees (regardless of the amount) at the commencement of the new billing period will be issued with a $20 late payment fee. If the fees remain outstanding the following process will occur:
1. Ifthefeesarenotpaidforone continuous month an email or letter will be issued requesting the parent/guardian contact the office.
2. Ifthereisnoresponsewithin7daysof our correspondence and the amount remains outstanding, a letter of termination will be issued.
3. Failuretopayfeesmayunfortunately result in recovery action being taken and discontinuation of services unless the parent immediately initiates a repayment schedule.
