Don’t forget to complete consent forms for Health Month this year - Dental, Hearing and Vision forms are available at the front of the service and due no later than Friday 15th February.

This year we are welcoming industry specialists including The School Dentist, Heathy Harold, StEPS Vision Screening, Hearing Tests 4 Kidz and Little Fins Swim School for our annual Health Month in June!
