HOW OFTEN DO TRANSITIONS HAPPEN?
Our goal is to make the transition process as easy and smooth as possible – both for the children and their families. By having dedicated transition periods throughout the year, we can plan accordingly so that each child can become confident about their transition and prepare for a change in routine.
Children usually transition with familiar friends and an educator from their current room will move to the new environment as well!
I’M NERVOUS ABOUT MY CHILD TRANSITIONING – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Don’t worry – it’s completely normal to feel a bit anxious as your little one experiences change!
A child will never move rooms without prior discussion and support from their parents – plus, your child will be eased into the new routine by gradually spending periods of time with their new peers and educators the weeks prior.
