Another success within the service is the dedication to professional development among our educator team. Many of our team work & study which is a huge commitment and one we are very proud and supportive of. Please join me to congratulate:
• Miss Daene who completed her Diploma and now in the UK to work & travel
• Miss Lauren who completed her Cert III Traineeship and now qualified!
• Miss Rach and Miss Emma who have both completed their Diploma of Early Childhood
Education and Care and will receive their qualifications next month.
• Miss Tiarne who will soon be completing her Early Childhood Teacher Degree. We wish her
well for her final prac which will happen throughout April & May.
• Miss Sam who now leads our Toddler Team has graduated as a university-qualified ECT this
month at Distinction level!
• Miss Tefa is now also completing her Early Childhood Degree – very exciting! She continues
to work with our Pioneer team.
As a team we continue to participate in regular professional development. Our next being our educator wellbeing workshop to be held in April. This is about being our personal best so we can achieve in all aspects of our lives. I am super excited to share our learning!
On Wed 10th April our parent event is yet another professional development opportunity. For the teachers among us, this session is 1.5 hours of NESA accredited personal development. Please send your teacher numbers to Chelsea.
We have definitely noticed a change in the weather over the past few weeks - Summer is well and truly behind us! As we approach the cooler months, please be sure to pack some warm clothes for your child including a jumper and socks.
As always, please label your child's belongings so they can make it back home. If you are missing anything, our Lost and Found bucket at the front of the service is starting to fill up! Please take home what belongs to you and the rest will be donated at the end of the month.
Wishing you all an enjoyable month as we enjoy the Easter festivities and holidays.
