Case #2 - Female patient aged 10 years with bleeding gingival overgrowth of 3 months duration.
The right lower first molar is carious, mobile with buccal and lingual bone loss. Enlarged bilateral
submandibular lymph nodes are palpable bilaterally. The patient has learning disability.
